Building Rental - 516 Warren Rd., Coldwater

• Tables and chairs are provided to accommodate 80 people
• Large spacious area for receptions, family reunions, picnics, and parties of any sort.
• Kitchen is equipped with refrigerators, stove and two sinks
• Kitchen has a pass-through window for serving

The Coldwater Lake Association Building has been established for the use and benefit of the residents (and non-residents) of Coldwater Lake. 

The building may be used at no charge for the following types of groups and/or functions:

• Any association-meeting within the Coldwater Lake Association
• Sailing Clubs
• Ski Clubs
• Snowmobile Club 
• Township Meetings
• Zoning Groups 

Rental of the building is available year-around. If the building is left in the condition in which it was found, the deposit will be returned to you. You must take all your garbage with you and leave the building clean.  No loud music,  or DJ's; as the CLA building is located in a residential area in close proximity of neighbors.  All events must end by 11 p.m.  Rental fees are:

• Members             $125.00 plus a $50.00 deposit
• Non-Members     $175.00 plus a $50.00 deposit
